Welcome to Floyd’s Kitchen.
What began in 2018 as me making fresh pasta for family and friends quickly became a lifelong passion. I fell in love with the craft — the feel of the dough, the creativity of new shapes and fillings, and the joy of gathering people around a handmade meal.
Over the years, I’ve honed my skills and built Floyd’s Kitchen around a simple philosophy: fresh, local, handmade food shared with the people you love. Every batch of pasta is rolled, filled, and cut by hand with care, using high-quality ingredients sourced from local producers whenever possible — including maple syrup and other products from our own family farm.
Today, my mission is to bring that experience into your home. I create thoughtful, seasonal menus — from comforting classics to refined, chef-driven dishes — and cook them for you and your guests in an intimate, memorable way. Whether it’s a cozy dinner for two or a celebration with friends, my goal is to make your table feel special.
